Return Shipping
We provide a 15-day hassle-free return and refund policy, starting from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please send the package back to our warehouse at your own expense.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original, undamaged condition, a full refund will be processed within 7 days.
Please note: If the package is damaged or lost during return shipping, the buyer will be held responsible, and a refund will not be issued.
Canceling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. The timestamp on your email and order will determine eligibility. Keep in mind that platform transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests made after 12 hours of placing the order cannot be accommodated, and we will be unable to process a refund.
Delivery Issues
After your package has been dispatched, the delivery process is beyond our direct control. As such, we cannot assume responsibility for delivery failures.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress. For address updates or specific delivery instructions, please contact the carrier directly.
While we will assist to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the resolution of such issues.
Incorrect Address
Providing an accurate shipping address at the time of order placement is the buyer’s responsibility. Any delivery problems or package losses due to an incorrect address will be the buyer’s liability.
Although we’ll make every effort to assist, we cannot be held responsible for the final outcome.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 180-day warranty from the date of receipt for products with defects unrelated to human error. To make a warranty claim, the item must be returned to our warehouse for evaluation.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or physical accidents
Water or liquid damage
Misuse or improper handling
Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or disassembly
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected, and the inspection process will be recorded to ensure transparency and fairness. This helps prevent misuse of the warranty policy.
