For most regions, including the United States, Canada, the UK, EU countries, Australia, and New Zealand, taxes are included in the product price. Customs clearance is managed by our logistics partners, ensuring no extra charges beyond the amount paid at checkout.
In cases where tax handling and customs clearance services are unavailable (e.g., some African and South American countries), we will contact the buyer before shipping to arrange tax payment and customs processing.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is dispatched, the delivery process is beyond our direct control, and we cannot take responsibility for delivery failures.
Buyers are encouraged to monitor their package’s status. For specific requests—such as address updates or delivery instructions—please contact the courier directly. While we are happy to assist where possible, we cannot guarantee the resolution of such matters.
If the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate, and your email and phone number are active, we guarantee successful delivery.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility.
While we will strive to assist in resolving such matters, we cannot assume liability for any resulting issues or losses.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy starting from the delivery date. To initiate a return, the buyer must ship the item back to our warehouse, bearing the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is undamaged. If the package is damaged or lost during return shipping, the buyer assumes full responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
